Kathryn qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, having previously qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, and in 1999 gained an LLM specialising in Advanced Medical Law.

She has 30 years’ experience of dealing with a wide range of personal injury, industrial disease and clinical negligence claims, having worked for national and international firms handling Road Traffic Accident, Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, Industrial Disease and Clinical Negligence cases for Claimants and Defendants.

Kathryn has a special interest in serious injury and clinical negligence claims and has acted for high profile group actions including Medical Product Liability claims, Abuse claims and one of the largest group actions against the NHS, the George Rowland Litigation.

Kathryn is committed to achieving justice for accident and medical negligence victims and recovering compensation to enable positive changes in their lives.
